Choosing a bailiff

  • District Court in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (towns: Milanówek and Podkowa Leśna; municipalities: Błonie, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Kampinos and Leszno),

Court Bailiff Jakub Rumiński works in the following districts of Warsaw:

Wola and Bemowo form the local district of the office. In the other districts, cases may be handled where a creditor’s choice of bailiff is permitted and the statutory conditions are met. Enforcement against real property remains subject to jurisdiction based on the location of the property.
