The Court Bailiff Office is located in the Wola district of Warsaw. At the express request of a creditor exercising the right to choose a bailiff, the office is authorised to conduct enforcement and interim security proceedings within the Warsaw appellate jurisdiction (the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal). The office uses electronic systems that help identify and attach a debtor’s assets as efficiently as possible (including OGNIVO, PUE, CEPIK, ZUS, EPUAP and CBDKW). The office places great emphasis on cooperation with creditors and keeping them informed about the steps taken. We can offer IT solutions that allow creditors to review cases submitted to the office without having to contact us by telephone, in writing or in person.
